A touring guidance apparatus and a touring guidance method based on RFID providing customized tour guide service are provided to provide real time payment, an electronic payment, a ticketing, a public transportation usage and a language translation service by using RFID based kiosk. An RFID tag(10) decides on a code in which it becomes the private information and selection item of user. A kiosk(30) provides the private service according to the code which becomes in the RFID tag. An RFID reader(31) decides on the code stored in the RFID tag. An input unit(32) is inputted by a user or USB storage unit. A controlling unit(33) controls each configuration element. A storing unit(34) stores profile and option of the user matched for code from database. An output unit(35) outputs the result according to the input of the input unit to the screen and voice. A printing unit(36) prints screen and the result outputted to the output unit. The code stored in the profile of user, option, and the RFID tag is matched and the database(50) is stored. The profile of the user according to code and option is transmitted with kiosk. |
