摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket integral component for a fuel cell formed by integrating a gasket 3 together with a reinforcing frame 2 into a power generating element 1 for simplifying stack assembly without generating inconvenience or bending caused by thermocompression bonding of the reinforcing frame 2. <P>SOLUTION: The gasket integral component for the fuel cell is formed by embedding the reinforced frame 2 which is separately arranged on the outer peripheral side of the power generating element 1 in the gasket 3 made of a rubber elastic material in which a part of it is impregnated into the outer peripheral parts of GDLs 12, 13. The gasket integral component for the fuel cell is obtained in such a way that the power generating element 1 is interposed in a mold 5, the reinforced frame 2 having integrally formed elastic projections on both surfaces is positioned in a state separated from the power generating element 1 in a gasket molding cavity 53 partitioned between the outer peripheral part of the power generating element 1 and the inner surface of the mold 5, liquid rubber B is filled in the gasket molding cavity 53, a part of it is impregnated into the outer peripheral parts of the GDLs 12, 13, and the liquid rubber B is cured and bonded to the reinforced frame 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
