INSULATING RESIN COMPOSITION AND ITS APPLICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation resin composition having electric insulation and high temperature conductive properties suitable for electric-electronic parts. SOLUTION: The insulation resin composition contains a component (A) of a thermoplastic resin, (B) particles with a number average particle size of 0.5-5 mm obtained by granulation of fibers with a number average diameter of 1-50μm mainly composed of alumina and (C) a filler made of a material with electric resistivity of 102Ωm or less at 300 K. The insulation resin composition preferably contains 100 pts.wt. of the component (A) and 1-50 pts.wt. of the component (C). The thermal conductive resin composition can express very excellent high temperature conductivity while maintaining electric insulation property suitable for electric-electronic parts and is particularly useful for the electric-electronic parts of such as electric part insulation boards and automobile-vehicle related parts.
