<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange type heat utilization device and its manufacturing method, capable of efficiently storing heat or radiating heat to a chemical heat storage material. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchange type heat storage/radiation device 10 comprises a chemical heat storage material composite compact 11 of a porous structure having a flow channel 15 formed and shaped by organizing a power chemical heat storage material 12, and a heat exchanger body 20.
