PURPOSE: A method for tracing and managing an e-mail address in an internet environment and a system of the same are provided to transfer e-mail even though the e-mail address is changed, by setting up new e-mail address on the server. CONSTITUTION: An e-mail receiver(300) is connected with an e-mail tracking server(310) and registers an existing mail address(S30). the main tracking server(310) transfers a confirmation main request to the main server(320) of the e-mail address for judging whether the requested registration mail address is actually exists(S31). When a response with respect to the confirmation mail is received(S32), the main receiver(300) selects a URL included in the main response and is connected with the main server(S33).
