PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning clip capable of preventing its cushioning part from causing permanent deformation even when load for a long time and load exceeding fixed limit act on the cushioning part formed by a soft material. SOLUTION: This cushioning clip 1 for receiving motion of a movable member 40 approaching a fixed member 30 is provided with the cushioning part 10 for absorbing impact force and a mounting part 20 for mounting the cushioning part 10 on the fixed member 30. The cushioning part 10 is formed by the soft material having elasticity, and the mounting part 20 is formed by a hard material having predetermined rigidity. A cavity part 14 is formed in the cushioning part 10, an internal wall 18a of the cavity part 14 is formed substantially vertically for the fixed member 30, and a top part 12a on its tip side is bent toward an inner side.
