A method to make a biopreparation for protecting plants from leaf-eating pests includes inoculating the cells of the strain L-4 of the bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis var. thuringiensis deposited at the Depository of the Institute of Microbiology and Virusology of NAS of Ukraine under the number IMV V-7130; cultivating thereof in a nutrient medium comprising all the micronutrients necessary for the cells, in particular Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn, mineral salts, carbohydrates, amine nitrogen; accumulation biomass thereof; drying on atomizing drier obtaining a dry preparation. Preparing a stock culture, inoculum and cultivating the strain is carried on a balanced medium comprising mass %: maize extract 2.0; molasses 2.0; (NН)НРО0.24;КНРO0.051;рНprior sterilization is 7.3-7.5. To obtain the end product, the stock culture of the second passage is used for inoculating a production medium in an amount of 0.5-1.0% from the volume of the nutrient medium in a fermenter. While fermenting, air consumption is 14-16 m/hour, a pressure of 0.4 bars, a temperature (30±2) °С, after fermenting the suspension concentrate is cooled and 7-8% of filler is added. |
