PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device that can both improve communication quality and shorten a communication delay time when communicating data via a backhaul channel.SOLUTION: A radio communication device communicates with another radio communication device via a radio backhaul channel on which a plurality of radio communication methods are used in a mixed manner. The radio communication device comprises: a processor that determines whether to add redundant data to data depending on an allowable delay time for the data; and an antenna that transmits the data to which the redundant data has been added or not according to a result of the determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
