A compound represented by the general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate of the compound or the salt: (I) wherein R<SUP>x</SUP> represents a group represented by the formula(II): where R<SUP>1</SUP> represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may be substituted or the like, Z represents -O-, -N(R<SUP>10</SUP>)- or the like, R<SUP>10</SUP> represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or the like, R<SUP>2</SUP> represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may be substituted or the like, R<SUP>18</SUP> represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may be substituted or the like, R<SUP>19</SUP> represents an alkyl group which may be substituted or the like, W<SUP>1</SUP> represents a non-aromatic nitrogenated heterocyclic group which may be substituted, and R<SUP>17</SUP> represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may be substituted or the like; R<SUP>3</SUP> and R<SUP>4</SUP> independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may be substituted or the like; X represents -O-, -S-, -N(R<SUP>12</SUP>)- or the like; R<SUP>12</SUP> represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or the like; and A represents a phenyl group which may be substituted or the like.
