<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of breaking a thin-walled part of a hinge cap when unsealed the spout inside of which is normally blocked by a seal plate part via the thin-walled part in the un-opened state. <P>SOLUTION: In a hinge cap, which is an integrally formed article including an inner plug that includes an inner plug sidewall part, an inner plug top plate potion protruded from an upper end inner circumference of the inner plug sidewall part, a spout wall part extending upwardly and downwardly from the inner plug top plate part, a lid that includes a lid top plate part, a lid sidewall part extending downwardly from a circumferential edge of the lid top plate part, and an airtight wall part extending downwardly from the lid top plate part and contacting an inner surface of the spout wall part, and a hinge, keeps the inside of the inner plug spout part blocked by the seal plate part via the thin part in the un-opened state, and the seal plate part of the inner plug and the lid top plate part respectively molded and then integrally jointed, and turns the thin-walled part broken in an opened state to make the inside of the spout part open, the seal plate part has a mountain shape, and a top of the mountain-shape is integrally jointed with the lid top plate part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
