PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction when a key on a joint face of casings is unexpectedly pressed during sliding in a slidable mobile communication terminal constituted of two casings. SOLUTION: A first casing 1 including a sub key operating part 4 on a front face 1a and a second casing 2 including a key operating part 3 on a front face 2a are slidably linked by fitting a projecting portion 11 and a recessed portion 12 so as to join a rear face of the first casing 1 and the front face 2a of the second casing 2 together. A lock button 9 and a lock pawl 9a are provided for locking the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 while piling them up, and an unlocking operation thereof is detected to prohibit a key input from being accepted from the sub key operating part 4 and the key operating part 3. If it is detected by a sensor 10 after unlocking that the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 are brought into an extended state by sliding prescribed strokes, the key input acceptance prohibition is canceled.
