<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the collection efficiency and collection rate of resources by raising motivation in cooperation in resource collection. <P>SOLUTION: A coupon-related information management server 10 stores a collection count, added to a user who presents the resources such as food oil, in a collection count management information table, receives site browsing request information which indicates a request for browsing a prescribed web site, determines whether to permit the browsing of the web site based on a collection count value added to the user with reference to the collection count management information table, retrieves advertisement information, which indicates an advertisement posted on the web site, in response to the permission determination, provides site information which indicates the web site on which the advertisement indicated by the retrieved advertisement information is posted, determines the point value, based on the browsing state of the posted advertisement so as to add the point value, converts the added point value with a conversion rate associated with a store ID when a coupon issuing request is received, determines the number of coupons to be issued, and transmits coupon issue indication information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
