The present invention relates to a security medium equipped with a volume layer for preventing forgery and a production method thereof and, more specifically, to a security medium equipped with a volume layer for preventing forgery and a production method thereof, which form a stereoscopic bonding surface to enhance a security function in bonding the volume layer for preventing the forgery to the security medium made by stacking film type members. The present invention provides the security medium equipped with the volume layer for preventing the forgery, which comprises: a stacked body made by stacking one or more film type members and forming a tilted recess; the transparent or semi-transparent volume layer having at least one portion inserted into the tilted recess to be bonded with the stacked body; and a functional material layer formed at the bonding surface between the transparent or semi-transparent volume layer and the stacked body, thereby enhancing a security function.
