PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution capable of discharging electricity to stored water without affected by a variation of a water level in a container by a constitution of low cost, high reliability and low noise, in a humidity controller comprising a humidifying mechanism for humidifying a space by the water stored in the container. SOLUTION: A discharging portion 56 for discharging electricity, and a rotating body 52 disposed in a state of being partially immersed in the stored water are disposed in the container 41 storing the stored water for humidifying the space. The rotating body 52 is constituted to convey the stored water to a discharging area of the discharging portion 56 by a centrifugal force which is generated accompanied by rotation.
