PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery tray capable of easily maintaining, when a sheet material is bent to form a box shape during installation of a storage battery, the shape without using any other members such as an adhesive tape or a fastening tool.SOLUTION: A square center region parts 1 facing the bottom surface of a storage battery case C and four side region parts 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d respectively continuous from the four sides of the center region part 1 and facing the side wall part of the storage battery case C are configured by one sheet material. A box-shaped tray having an upper surface opened is formed. The inner angles of tips 4'a, 4'b, 4'c and 4'd of overlapped parts formed by bending corner region parts 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d of an almost square sheet material along virtual lines 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d are set to 50° to 95°. Thus, the tips 4'a, 4'b, 4'c and 4'd of the overlapped parts can be respectively inserted into slits 8a, 8b, 8c and 8d formed in the side region parts 2a and 2c, and the box shape of the tray is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
