A fusion partner comprises a choline binding domain derived from the C terminus of LytA and a chemically conjugated heterologous promiscuous T helper epitope, which can act as both an immunological partner and expression enhancer. The immunogenic composition of the fusion protein can be used for the treatment of patients suffering from or are susceptible to cancer.
