PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film being excellent in inter-layer bonding property by directly applying an extrusion-lamination on a polyester film without applying an anchor coating process on the polyester film, and also, without applying an ozone processing on the molten film of an extrusion-laminating resin. SOLUTION: As for this laminated film, a copolymer resin is extrusion-laminated on the polyester film. In this case, the copolymer resin is an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid-(meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer, or the ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid-(meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer and an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid polymer, and/or an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer. The unsaturated carboxylic acid component to the total component of the copolymer resin is 1 to 12 wt.%, and the (meth)acrylic acid ester component to the total component of the copolymer resin is 2 to 25 wt.% in the copolymer resin.
