<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implantable stimulator that can optimize an electrode operation during setup. <P>SOLUTION: The implantable stimulator includes a logic part and electrodes (106). The logic part processes at least two pulses (201a, 202a) of an initial duration having the same polarity and reconstructs each of the at least two pulses into fractionalized pulses (201b, 202b) corresponding to each of them and composed of a plurality of pulse parts (205, 206). During a final duration, the plurality of pulse parts of one side of the reconstructed fractionalized pulses and the plurality of pulse parts of the other side of the reconstructed fractionalized pulses are programmed not to be simultaneously applied.
