The invention relates to a postoperative compression brassiere (1) including a front portion (2) having two cups (3), a rear portion, two attachment areas (5) each connecting the front portion (2) and the rear portion, each of said cups (3) comprising a top portion (6) that can be positioned so as to overlap the top of the breast, said cups (3) being interconnected by a portion (8) between said cups (3), said portion (8) between the cups (3) being provided with means (9) for fastening said cups (3) to one another. The means (9) for fastening said cups (3) to one another are magnetic fastening means and the brassiere (1) comprises a compression strip (10) that can be positioned so as to overlap the top portion (6) of the cups (3) and the means (9) for fastening the cups (3) to one another, said compression strip (10) being a removable strip attached at each end thereof (10A, 10B) by releasable fastening means (11) to an attachment area (5). |
