Provided are: a display panel, which is provided with a display board (1) having a plurality of display elements, and a polarization plate (21) laminated on the one surface side of the display board (1), said display panel facilitating operations of peeling the display board (1) and the polarization plate (21) from each other, and capable of reducing a residual of an adhesive on the display board (1); a display device; and a laminated body. The display panel is provided with: the display board (1) having the display elements; an adhesive layer (3) laminated on the display board (1); and the polarization plate (21) laminated on the display board (1) by having the adhesive layer (3) therebetween. The display panel is also provided with a hydrophilic material layer (4) laminated between the display board (1) and the adhesive layer (3).
