PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make performable fitting of a water faucet box of high water cut-off property by sealing a part between the outer face of a pipe part for penetrating wall inserted into a wall hole and the inner face of the wall hole of a water faucet box with a water cut-off material, when fixing to the wall the water faucet box having a sheath pipe connecting port at the lower end and projectingly provided with the pipe part for penetrating wall on the front face. SOLUTION: When installing a water faucet box A, at first, the wall penetrating pipe part 141 of the water faucet box is cut off into a fixed length according to the thickness of an external wall 32. Next, after connecting a sheath pipe 41 to the sheath pipe connecting port 12 of the water faucet box A, sheet-like water cut-off material 511 of water cut-off material 51 is windingly fitted onto the outer circumference of the wall penetrating pipe part 141, and the part is inserted through a wall hole 33. Next both sides of a supporting plate part is fixed on the back face of the external wall 32 by screws 42 or the like, and then a caulking material 512 of water cut-off material 51 is filled between the wall hole 33 and the wall penetrating pipe part 141 to cut-off water. Then an inner pipe 44 is passed through the sheath pipe 41, the extreme end of the inner pipe 44 is pulled outside the external wall 32, and a straight type water faucet joint is connected to the pull out end.
