PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical test method capable of accurately testing the state of each biochemical reaction in a probe array element. SOLUTION: Exciting illumination is given to a reference array holding luminescent molecules to capture an optical image as a reference optical image. The same exciting illumination is given to an array for biochemical test, to capture an optical image as a sample optical image, and the sample optical image is corrected by the reference optical image.
