PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp bolt usable without adopting a complicated constitution, and capable of measuring a clamping force accurately. SOLUTION: This clamp bolt 1 having a cylindrical rod part 11 having a screw thread 110 on the outer circumferential part, and a head part 12 disposed on the rear end of the rod part 11, is used by allowing the tip of the rod part 11 to abut on a member to be fixed. A load sensor 2 for measuring the load acting in the axial direction of the rod part 11 is disposed integrally on the tip of the rod part 11. The load sensor 2 has a smaller outer diameter than the outer diameter of the rod part 11. The load sensor 2 comprises a dynamic quantity sensor element having a pressure-sensitive body 20 whose electric characteristic is changed by application of a stress and electric insulating insulators 21, 22 formed respectively integrally on two opposite surfaces of the pressure-sensitive body 20, and the insulator 21 is preferably bonded to the tip of the rod part 11.
