<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which can easily suppress an irradiation light distribution from wide distribution light to narrow distribution light without showing a point light source image even using highly-directional light source such as an LED. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device includes: a light source 16; a light entrance part 24 making light from the light source incident; and a light guide body 18 having an irradiation region 30 irradiating the light entered from the light source to the outside of an irradiation device, and guiding the light emitted from the light source.
