STRETCH BLOW DOUBLE CONTAINER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch blow double container capable of introducing air between an inner cylindrical body and an outer cylindrical body in a stable manner, and capable of discharging a content put in the inner cylindrical body effectively at all times.SOLUTION: A stretch blow double container consists of an outer cylindrical body 1 and an inner bag 3 inserted into the outer cylindrical body 1 and held. The outer cylindrical body 1 consists of a neck part 1a, a shoulder part 1b, a trunk part 1c, and a bottom part 1d while the inner bag 3 consists of a neck part 3a and a bag-like part 3b. An air space 15 is formed between the inner surface of the shoulder part 1b of the outer cylindrical body 1 and the outer surface of the bag-like part 3b of the inner bag 3. The outer surface of the bag-like part 3b of the inner bag 3 is in close contact with the inner surface of the trunk part 1c and the bottom part 1d of the outer cylindrical body 1, and an air hole 13 communicated with the air space 15 is formed at the neck part 1a of the outer cylindrical body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
