PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross bar mounting structure in an imitation trunk fence capable of being disassembled easily and installed safely, and preventing the cross bar from being rotated. SOLUTION: First and second recessed parts 20 and 21 are formed in the outer periphery of a column 11, and a connection bolt 37 is inserted into a through-hole 25 opening in bottom surfaces 23 and 24 of both recessed parts 20 and 21. A cylindrical body 40 is disposed between a head part 38 of the connection bolt 37 and a bottom surface 23 of the first recessed part 20, and a male thread 39a of the connection bolt 37 is screwed into a female thread 36a of a cap 34 so as to compress the cylindrical body 40 against the bottom surface 23 by the head part 38 so as to bring the cylindrical body into a pressed status. In this status, the front end part A and rear end part B of the cross bar 12 are fitted into the first and second recessed parts 20 and 21, and a fixing bolt 43 inside an inserting hole 29 formed in the front end part A is tightened.
