PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balun transformer capable of easily adjusting a conversion frequency band, and corresponding to significant adjustment, and to provide an amplifier, and a balun transformer manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The balun transformer 30 includes: a first transmission line part 31 formed on the first surface 10a of a substrate 10; having a serpentine shape with a plurality of bent parts 39a-41a, and including two balanced terminals 33 at one end; a second transmission line part 32 formed on the second surface of the substrate 10, i.e., the backside of the first surface 10a, having a serpentine shape with a plurality of bent parts 39a-41a, and including an unbalanced terminal 36 at one end; and a conductive member 43 capable of changing a conversion frequency by electrically connecting the mutually separated two points among the bent parts 39a-41a.
