PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of optimally controlling an oil quantity to be returned to a compressor at a low cost. SOLUTION: The refrigerating cycle device comprises a flow regulating valve 7 interposed in an oil return pipe 30; a temperature sensor 55 detecting the temperature of a refrigerant discharged from a first compression element 10 and sucked into a second compression element 11 after joining with oil from the oil return pipe 30; and a control means 8 controlling the flow regulating valve 7 based on the output of the temperature sensor 55 so that the temperature of the refrigerant sucked into the second compression element 11 has a predetermined target value T1.
