PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger excelling in heat exchange efficiency with a small pressure loss. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 100 is composed of a pair of headers 11 arranged with a mutual space, and a plurality of flat heat transfer tubes 12 arranged between both headers 11 at spaces in the length direction of the headers 11 and connected at both ends to both headers 11. The plane part surface of the flat heat transfer tube is provided with a fin-like cut-and-raised part having a direction which coincides with the flow of a second fluid, as a longitudinal direction when heat is exchanged between a first fluid flowing inside the flat heat transfer tube 12 and the second fluid flowing outside the flat heat transfer tube.
