PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a housing body from being damaged by hitting the internal surface of side surface sections of an external box when the housing body is integrated in the external box by attaching an attaching base on a side surface section of the external box, and fixing a unit attaching plate to which a link mechanism is attached, to the attaching base. SOLUTION: An attaching base 24 is attached to the lower section of the internal surface of a side surface section of an external box 2. The attaching base 24 is formed into an approx. triangular shape, and a unit attaching plate 25 to which a link mechanism 5 and an axially supporting block 17 are attached, to the internal surface of the attaching base 24. The link mechanism 5 is constituted of a parallel link comprising a front link 7 and a rear link 8. The upper end sections 7a and 8a of the front link 7 and the rear link 8 are axially supported by an axially supporting plate 23 in a manner to be rotatable, and the axially supporting plate 23 is fixed to a side plate 21 of a housing body 6. Also, shafts 9 and 10 which are attached to the lower end sections of the front link 7 and the rear link 8 are axially supported by the axially supporting block 17 in a manner to be rotatable, and the axially supporting block 17 is attached to the unit attaching plate 25 which is fixed to the internal surface of the side surface section of the external box 2.
