PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for removing the catch of a fishhook by the bottom excellent in portability without bulking. SOLUTION: This tool is obtained by fixing a small-diameter part 3b of a holding member 3 to the tip of a rod tube 2 at the tip of a shaking out type freely stretchable handle part 1, forming holding parts 3d and 3d on both sides at the tip of a large-diameter part 3a of the holding member 3 by a slot 3c, forming a vertical hole 3e in the center on the lower side of the slot 3c, inserting a spring 6 and a spherical body 7 into the vertical hole 3e, inserting a rotating base 4a of a rotating member 4 into the slot 3c between the holding parts 3d on both sides, freely rotatably mounting the rotating base 4a with a screw 8, boring a through-hole 4c in the rotating base 4a, forming the outer shape of one end into a circular arc part 4d, forming notches 4e and 4f in a lateral part thereof, fixing one end 5a of a looped line hooking part 5 on the rotating member 4, and forming the line hooking part 5 which is a metal wiry material from the one end 5a, of a connecting part 5b, a loop part 5c bent from the connecting part 5b, a superimposed part 5d of the loop and an opening protruding part 5e.
