A method for treating the refractures comprises the compression osteosynthesis with Ilizarov apparatus, the detection of the mutation- the gene of nitrogen oxide synthase C786T (eNOS T786C) and the mutation in the gene of methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase – the enzyme of homocysteine metabolism (MTHFR C677T). When the level of homocysteine exceeds 15 µmol/L and the combination of the pathological homozygotes 786-CC and 677TT is detected, Decamevit and Tivortin are prescribed until the union of the fracture.
