PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process which comprises molding a plastic with improved stability onto a soft cloth. SOLUTION: The production process of molding a plastic onto a soft cloth includes following steps: a first molding which implants a molding material onto the soft cloth according to a required configuration to mold, heat melts the implanted plastic for fusion bonding to the soft cloth, and shapes into the required configuration to form a base layer of molded product on the soft cloth; a punching and trimming which punches out and trims into a shaped plastic design to form into a base section of molded product; a second molding which implants the molding material again from the base section on the base section, heat melts the implanted plastic and fusion bonds on the surface of the base section, and shapes into the required configuration; and a cut-trimming which performs cut-trimming to the connection area of two-layered mutually connected plastics to form the two-layered plastic molded product on the soft cloth. The invention performs the two-layered plastic molding onto the soft cloth in a processing course, and provides excellent stability using the first layer of the plastic as the base layer.
