PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance control circuit and a semiconductor chip achieving stable impedance control with simple configuration. SOLUTION: The impedance control circuit is provided with: a current source; a current mirror circuit 24 receiving output current of the current source; a replica buffer 2 to which the output current of the current mirror circuit 24 is supplied; a comparator 9 which compares potential of an output terminal of the current mirror circuit 24 with potential of an input terminal of the current mirror circuit 24 and a control signal generator 14 which generates a control signal for controlling resistance of a Pch replica buffer 2 on the basis of a comparison result of the comparator 9.
