1. An apparatus comprising:
a memory device comprising:
a plurality of non-volatile memory cells;a first data interface configured to provide data to or from the plurality of non-volatile memory cells and a first bus;a second data interface configured to provide data to or from the plurality of non-volatile memory cells and a second bus, wherein the second bus is separate from the first bus; anda state combining block configured to:
determine a state of a first power supply associated with the first data interface;determine a state of a second power supply associated with the second data interface;combine the determined states of the first power supply and the second power supply to generate one of a plurality of combined states based on the determined states of the first power supply and the second power supply;enable or disable the first data interface and enable or disable the second interface based on the generated one of the plurality of combined states;wherein the plurality of combined states comprise:
at least one combined state that results in enabling only one of the first data interface and the second data interface;at least one combined state that results in enabling both of the first data interface and the second data interface; andat least one combined state that results in enabling neither of the first data interface and the second data interface. |
