PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application performance system and a computer for performing a plurality of applications without being affected by the Internet line, and without generating any failure and the application performance method of the application performance system and a program. SOLUTION: This application performance system 1 is configured by connecting an application provision server 2 and an application performance device 3 by a first network 5, and connecting the application performance device 3 and a client terminal 4 by a second network. The application performance device 3 acquires an application performance set 9 configured of an application and a database from the application providing server 2, and performs this in response to a request from the client terminal 4 under a plurality of application performance environments 41 constructed for every application performance set 9.
