PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate an image having a correct luminance value of only illumination light even when outside light is strong. SOLUTION: Illumination lighting images 3a-3c and illumination extinction images 4a-4c are acquired by an illumination part and an imaging part by use of an exposure time obtained by dividing a prescribed exposure time equally by three, for example, and a luminance value in each pixel inside the illumination extinction images 4a-4c is subtracted from a luminance value in each pixel inside the illumination lighting images 3a-3c, so that illumination images 5a-5c are generated. By integrating the illumination images 5a-5c, an integration image 6a is generated. Thereby, a luminance value inside the integration image 6a becomes the same value as a luminance value of an image acquired when picking up the image with the prescribed exposure time by use of only illumination of the illumination part such as a luminance value 6b.
