1. A flange bolt cutter comprising for cutting a at least one bolt on a flange connection having upper and lower flange members, comprising:
(a) a saw assembly; (b) an assembly mount detachably connected to the at least one bolt, (c) the mount assembly including first and second arms, the first arm being pivotally mounted on the mount, and the second arm being pivotally connected to the first arm, the saw being attached to the second arm, (d) the pivot connection between the first and second arms including a quick lock/quick unlock which in the locked state rotationally locks the first and second arms, and in the unlocked state the first and second arms can rotate relative to each other.
