PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide probe jointing particles having a high noise-reducing the effect in chemiluminescent immunodiagnosis/measurement, and the like, a manufacturing method thereof, and a blocking agent. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the probe jointing particles includes a process for jointing a probe to the surfaces of particles and a process for treating the particles with the probe jointed thereto by using the blocking agent composed of a water-soluble copolymer having a functional group shown by the formula (1).
