FIELD: medicine, toxicology, narcology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treatment and therapy of alcoholic delirium. Method involves carrying out discrete plasmapheresis for the first 24 h after hospitalization of a patient, treatment of cellular mass and its recovery into blood stream of a patient. Treatment of blood cellular mass is carried out by its incubation for 30 min in two containers - with mexidol and sibazon.
