PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the sufficient frame rigidity of a floor frame and lower the floor level of a balcony in a balcony unit. SOLUTION: In this balcony unit 20A installed above a lower story building unit 10A, a square floor frame 30 mounted above the ceiling beam 13 of the lower story building unit 10A is formed of square pipes 31, 32. The end of a floor small beam is secured to the lower surface of the square pipe 31 at a position wider than the ceiling beam 13 of the lower story building unit 10A.
