PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring vessel where a short-circuited flow of liquid is sufficiently prevented and the liquid is sufficiently stirred. SOLUTION: The liquid is allowed to flow into a chamber 11 from an inflow inlet 3 and is stirred by blade bodies 9. The liquid is allowed to upwardly flow by the bodies 9, the liquid hits a planar body 10 to change the flow direction to the radiation direction, hits the internal surface of a vessel 2 to change the flow direction downwardly, thereafter, the liquid hits a bottom surface of the vessel 2 to flow in the centripetal direction, and the flow of the liquid is changed upwardly at the center of a bottom in the chamber 12. The short-circuited flow of the liquid to an opening 6 is sufficiently prevented, because the body 10 is disposed closer to a partition plate 5 and a diameter D of the body 10 is made bigger than a diameter d of the opening 6.
