PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device in which stray light can be prevented with a simple constitution and which can reduce noises. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser device comprises a laser diode 2. The laser device comprises a monitoring photodiode 3 which monitors the output of light from the rear end face of the photodiode 2. The laser device comprises a signal receiving photodiode 4 which receives reflected light of the output of the light from the laser diode 2. A light shielding part 5 which is composed of a light shielding resin is installed so as to cover an optical path between the rear end face of the laser photodiode 2 and the monitoring photodiode 3 in such a way that light does not go out to the outside of the optical path. |
