<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant optimum operation control system for minimizing operation costs while stably maintaining operation of a plant. <P>SOLUTION: The plant optimum operation control system is provided with: an optimum operation point calculating means 3 of calculating an optimum operation point minimizing the operation costs of a private power generation plant 20, an automatic control means 9 of automatically controlling the plant on the basis of an optimization model according to the optimum operation point determined by calculation of the optimum operation point calculating means, an automatic control initiating means 5 of starting the automatic control operation of the private power generation plant by the automatic control means according to input, and an optimization variable selecting means 6 of selecting a variable of the private power generation plant in the optimization model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
