<p>A second passage (20) is arranged on an opposite side of a paper discharge port (16) with a first passage (18), which conducts a recording medium (12) to an insertion port (14), therebetween. Further, provided on the portion of the first passage (18) which is near the insertion port (14) is a shut-off member (24) which serves to shut off communication between the first passage (18) and the insertion port (14) to allow communication of the insertion port (14) only to the second passage (20). Thus the shut-off member (24) shuts off communication between the first passage (18) and the insertion port (14) at a predetermined timing.</p> |
