IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably change the security levels according to the change of the security conditions, in a system which vectrizes image data for the re-edition and sets the security level. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: a means for executing the vectorizing process of images; a means for registering images in a server with security levels added thereto; a means for deciding whether the image is re-editable or printable according to a security level obtained by an information detecting means and a user level obtained from a user level obtaining means; a means for outputting an edited image with a security level added thereto; a means for recording the history of the added security level; and a means for issuing alarm according to the security level history when using the image registered in the server.
