PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrostatic breakdown of an inner electronic circuit by static charge infiltrating from an opening of a case. SOLUTION: A conductive plate 13 with the surface of a non-conductive body metal-plated is adhered to an inner face of the case 11. The conductive plate is electrically connected to a part corresponding to the grounding in the electronic equipment. A speaker 16 is arranged in the vicinity of an operating button 12, with an opening 11a formed at a part corresponding to the front face of the speaker 16 as well as an opening 13a formed at the conductive plate 13. The speaker is arranged so that a shortest distance L1 from the opening 11a to the conductive plate 13 and a shortest distance L2 from the opening 11a to the speaker 16 are to satisfy L1
