FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: film of ferromagnetic metal in cross section that matches width of microstrip, has profile in the form of meander with identical period and dimensions defined by profile of flat-bottomed indents of plate element. In plane of mentioned element, film of ferromagnetic metal has strip structure, besides depth and width of specified indents is knowingly more than thickness of ferromagnetic metal film, and specified film coats bases, side slopes and bottom of mentioned indents by a solid layer. ^ EFFECT: increased central accuracy of filter at microstrip line with ferromagnetic film at specified magnetisation field. ^ 5 cl, 8 dwg |
