The invention relates to a mechanically-actuated system for adjusting a cam-shaft control time for setting/adjusting a relative rotation position, namely a phase shift between a crank shaft and a cam shaft of a combustion engine, such as an Otto engine or a Diesel engine, having a drive section that can be coupled into a rotation motion with the crank shaft and a driven section connected or able to be connected in an anti-rotation manner with a cam shaft, where the drive section and the driven section are respectively connected in an anti-rotation manner to a connection zone, with a connection sleeve which is axially movable in relation thereto, so that an axial motion of the connection sleeve leads to a relative rotation between the drive section and the driven section. According to the invention, the system relates to a device for adjusting a cam shaft (1) for the control of a relative position of rotation between a crank shaft and a cam shaft of a combustion engine, having a drive section (3) that can be coupled into rotation with the crank shaft and a driven section (17) that is or can be connected in an anti-rotation manner with a cam shaft (21), where the drive section (3) and the driven section (17) are respectively connected in an anti-rotation manner to a connection zone (7, 18), with a connection sleeve (12) which is axially movable in relation thereto, so that an axial motion of the connecting sleeve (12) leads to a relative rotation between the drive section (3) and the driven section (17), in which case the connection zones (7, 18) of the drive section (3) and driven section (17) are radially surrounded each, at least partially, from the exterior, by the connecting sleeve (12). |
