A production method of a forged component made of a composite material comprises the steps of packing pellet (4) or powdery plastic particles, plastic particles coated on the surface with a metallic material or molten plastic material into a cylinder member (2) made of a metallic material, fixing the cylinder member (2) having the plastic material (4) packed thereinto under the closed state to a sheet member (3) made of a metallic material and equipped with an air vent (6) or air vents (6) so as to form an assembly (10), setting the assembly (10) into a first mold (12) and pressuring a second mold (11) to the assembly so as to forge and mold the assembly into a predetermined shape.
